the pitucos of Lima

I don't understand very well this word
I mean what is a pituco

people believed above the rest that they discriminate against others because of their race and socioeconomic status They discriminate against them only because they are poor and for being indigenous Aborigines these people who think better than the rest They are people without identity and lacking culture not respect others They are extremely ignorant and have unjustifiable prejudice to the rest people are alienated most are also Andean roots or as they say here in Peru
cholos os tinturan only blond hair and they speak in a strange way They are studying in colleges
expensive but they lack the wit and instruction This is demonstrated in their immature and stupid behavior as also evidenced with their low intellect to speak using words that are not in any dictionary
commonly called gergas not with them You can understand anything
what they say words : Manyas , Osea , Alucina,wuevon, paja, good vibes , habla, no te manyo,
a language that really leaves much to be desired and shines just the low level of these people
better known in Peru as pitucos coming out of universities
overpriced as the University of Lima, University of the Pacific, UPC,Catholic University,
and San Martin of Porres also they expressed with enough profanity among them
fag, fucking, harlot ,etc.....
also they express these wealthy apes  ,rich monkeys , sincerely I don't know
that pretend to be these ignorants or they give them as professional titles all these university young they are children of bureaucrats Mommy and Daddy overprotected good for nothing and in many cases take drugs at university

magazines like
Somos, Asia Sur, Caretas, Cosas, and newspapers as Comercio, Peru21, Just as TV channels America TV They belong to wealthy families of  Peru rich people Rizo Patron ,Miro Quezada,etc...   limeños that through their means of news and Communication They deceive the people with distorted information and also promote ,racism, promiscuity, and distort information the problems through in Peru.
